On September 27, the Seattle Nichiren Buddhist Church held its annual chow mein sale, the church's biggest fundraiser of the year. Church members, their families, friends and others worked for more than a week before the event preparing the food for the big day: making imogashi, chopping vegetables, frying noodles, etc. The event was a big success thanks to everyone's hard work.
